What this site is. It describes Smart products and the SmartBuild custom-solutions division, and it lets you start a conversation with the team. It is an information and enquiry site: nothing here is an offer, a quotation or a contract.
Development states are statements of fact, not promises. Each product shows its current maturity — working platform, pilot, late development, internal testing or active prototype — and that label describes what exists today. A product in development may change, may be delayed, and may never be released. Roadmap items are direction, not commitments or delivery dates.
Enquiries. Sending an enquiry starts a conversation and nothing more. It creates no obligation on either side, and any work is agreed separately in writing.
No professional advice. Nothing on this site is medical, clinical, legal, financial or investment advice. Fitness and beauty products described here are non-medical and do not diagnose, treat or replace a qualified professional. Where a decision needs a professional, please consult one.
No guaranteed outcomes. Search visibility, security posture, fitness results and business results depend on factors outside any product. We describe what a product does and what evidence exists; we do not guarantee rankings, protection against attack, or any particular result.
Availability. The site is provided as it stands and may be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We aim to keep the essential pages and contact routes working even when optional intelligent features are not.
Content and use. The text, design, images and code on this site belong to us unless stated otherwise. You may read, share and link to the pages. You may not copy the site wholesale, present its content as your own, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, or use automated means that place an unreasonable load on it.
Links out. Where we link to another organisation, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
