What this site collects, why, how long it is kept and how to have it removed.

What we collect when you contact us. The enquiry form asks for your telephone number, and optionally a short message and the product your enquiry is about. Nothing else is required, and there is no account to create.
How that is handled. Your telephone number and message are encrypted before they are stored, and are readable only by the small team that answers enquiries. They are used to reply to you and for nothing else. We do not sell them, rent them, or use them for advertising.
How long we keep it. Enquiry records are kept for 12 months after our last contact with you, and are then deleted. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we will.
Measurement. The site counts page views and measures performance so we can see which pages help and which do not. That measurement is anonymous and consent-gated: you control it from the footer and can withdraw consent in one click. There are no third-party trackers or advertising pixels on this site.
What we do not do. We do not build hidden profiles of visitors, and we do not use behaviour, appearance or any other signal to decide that one person deserves different facts, prices, access or respect than another. Personalisation, where it is active, changes presentation only — never approved facts, product status or legal meaning.
Products that handle more than this. Some Smart products can process further information — for example an image you choose to provide, or fitness inputs you enter. Those products are separate from this website, are not in general release, and each states its own handling rules before you provide anything. Nothing on this website processes such data.
Your rights. You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion, by writing to privacy@smart-ethos.com. We will answer from the same address.
Changes. If this notice changes materially, the updated version is published here. This is a plain-language summary of how the site works; it is not legal advice.
