The Smart roadmap separates present capability from future intention. It is a window into the workshop, not a promise board: you can see what is operating, what has reached controlled testing and what still depends on further engineering or evidence.
How to read the states. Working platform · controlled production: operating in a real environment within a defined scope, while broader commercial deployment can still require packaging, integration and release work. Advanced or working pilot: core workflows function and can be evaluated in a controlled scope, with wider operational evidence, integrations, support or certification possibly incomplete.
Late or advanced development: substantial user-facing capability exists, but important device, workflow, privacy or release validation is still under way. Internal testing: the system is being exercised by the team or approved evaluators before a wider pilot or release decision. Active prototype: the core model and experience are being built and tested — appropriate for validation, not operational reliance.
Several improvements support more than one product: stronger multilingual quality and protected terminology; accessible voice and text interaction with a non-voice fallback; clearer evidence, maturity and limitation displays; safer integration and human confirmation for consequential actions; improved operational monitoring and recovery; and reusable components that shorten delivery without weakening product boundaries.
The roadmap is a statement of direction and current maturity, not a guaranteed delivery date. Priorities may change when evidence, risk, dependencies or user value change. A concept enters the product catalogue only after its name, scope, evidence, maturity and publication decision are approved.
